Who Nordic Housing is

A letting agency with a large network.

Nordic Housing is a specialised letting agency based in North Zealand with homes across Denmark. We let and manage rental homes for private owners and for companies that have invested in property, and we do it with one ambition: letting should feel safe, proper and simple for you as the owner.

Our tenants are first and foremost relocated staff from some of the country's larger companies, embassies and consulates. They are tenants on proper terms, with an employer behind them and a clear timeframe, which gives you as a landlord the security many ask for. We also let to private Danish tenants and handle insurance cases where a family needs a home for a shorter or longer period.

We take every kind of home under our wing, from a furnished two-room flat for three months to a large mansion let for several years, furnished or unfurnished. What they share is that we know the market, know the tenants and know exactly what it takes to let properly the first time.

Since September 2023 Nordic Housing Denmark ApS has had one focus: letting homes, and only that. That means short decision paths, honest answers and a team that actually remembers your home when you call.

    You get one named contact at Nordic Housing from the first conversation to the move-out. One person who knows your home and your tenant.

  • Inspectors and tradespeople across Denmark

    We work with skilled property inspectors and tradespeople all over the country. They prepare thorough move-in and move-out reports and, together with the landlord or Nordic Housing, see that the home is returned in the same condition, so the letting runs as smoothly as possible for you.

  • A professional network of tenants

    Close cooperation with larger Danish and international companies, relocation agencies, embassies and consulates means we often have the tenant ready before the home is photographed.

  • The whole process, or only what you want

    Valuation, photos, viewings, the lease and the first collection are always included. Move-in and move-out reports and full management you add if you want to be spared it all.

    Prepare thorough move-in and move-out reports with photos, so the condition of the home is documented both ways and there is never doubt about the deposit.

    Painters, carpenters, plumbers and cleaners across the country. They ready the home before move-in and return it to the same condition after move-out.

  • Photographers

    Professional property photographers who make the home stand out in the presentation to our register and on the portals.

  • Legal and accounting

    A lawyer and an accountant specialising in tenancy law and letting, so leases, deposits and collection always follow current law.

Camilla Dalskjær

On 1 September 2023 Camilla Dalskjær took the helm of Nordic Housing. She acquired the rights to the name and founded Nordic Housing Denmark ApS, a company with one strategic focus: letting homes as its core activity. The company works solely with letting from that date onwards and is not involved in activities from before 1 September 2023.

Behind the decision lie 25 years in the property business, in both sales and letting. Camilla has sat on both sides of the table: as the one who sells and manages, and as the one who has to find the right home for a family landing in Denmark. That experience shapes how Nordic Housing works today: realistic estimates rather than sales figures, thorough screening of tenants and one named contact who knows both the home and the tenant.

Camilla is passionate about the trade, and it shows in the daily work. She takes part in valuations, viewings and move-ins herself and follows every case closely from the first conversation to the handover of the keys. She keeps up with tenancy law and the market, so both landlord and tenant get advice that holds. And she values meeting in person, because that is where trust is built, and where you find out whether a home and a tenant suit each other.
