How it works
- Contact & valuation
You tell us about the home, we come back with a no-obligation estimate, usually the same day.
- Photos & marketing
We photograph the home so it shows its best side, and present it to our register and network.
- Viewing and approval of the tenant profile
We show the home and send you the tenant profile. You always approve the tenant before we go further.
- We prepare the lease
We write the lease under current Danish tenancy law and collect the deposit and the first rent before the keys are handed over.
- ManagementOptional
We collect the rent, are the tenant's contact for the whole period and prepare move-in and move-out reports. You get one named contact.
- Move-in and move-out reportOptional
Without management you can add the reports one by one. They are your documentation at move-out.
